When should I visit Kenya?
Anytime! July–October is the Great Migration in the Mara. Jan–Mar is warm and dry, great for wildlife. April–June is green season — fewer crowds and beautiful landscapes.

Currency & payments?
Kenya uses Kenyan Shilling (KES). Credit cards work at most hotels and lodges, but cash is handy for tips and small purchases. US dollars are often accepted too.

Languages?
English and Swahili are official. In Maasai villages, people speak Maa, but most can also speak English.
